25 ft or 50 ft?
The lifeline runs from the ridge anchor down the slope to where you work. Measure eave to ridge along the roof surface and add slack; 25 ft suits most bungalow roofs, 50 ft covers two-storey and long-rafter roofs.
Does the harness come in sizes?
No, the kit harness is universal size. If you need a sized or padded harness, see the RK050V50 and RK110V50 kits.
Can the RO01 anchor be reused?
Yes. It is hinged for peaks and flat surfaces and comes with nails; replace it after any fall.
How often should the kit be inspected?
Before every use, and formally by a competent person at least once a year. Remove any component from service after a fall or if webbing, rope, stitching or hardware shows damage.
