The hook on the lifeline end. The RPW061S has a steel snap hook for D-rings and anchor connectors; the RPW061R has a steel rebar hook for rebar, cable and large-diameter tie-off. Housing, webbing, length and ratings are the same.

Can the RPW061S be used for foot-level or leading-edge tie-off?

Before every use, and formally by a competent person at least once a year. Remove it from service after any fall and follow Frontline's service schedule.
