Frontline STM585K MEGA Swivel 5k Steel Anchor. A reusable bolt-on steel anchor whose D-ring swivels 360 degrees and flips 180 degrees. It is made of heavy-gauge heat-treated alloy steel with a reinforced bridge, D-ring and locking caps, and a patent-pending key lock keeps the D-ring seated under heavy loads. It can be used vertically, horizontally or overhead for fall protection, rescue, lifting, hoisting and tie-back.
