The Frontline 100CTB Combat™ Construction Series Harness is the complete go-to solution for workers who demand a full body harness that keeps up on the toughest job sites. Lightweight but built rigid to withstand the harshest conditions, the 100CTB includes a reinforced belt with rigid pad for tool belt support and integrated suspension trauma straps — purpose-built for construction applications where tools, movement, and safety all need to work together.
Tested by an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited independent third-party laboratory and meeting or exceeding applicable ANSI and OSHA standards, the 100CTB delivers the construction-grade performance and compliance confidence your safety program demands.
⚠️ Integrated Suspension Trauma Straps
Suspension trauma (orthostatic shock) can occur within minutes of a fall when a worker is suspended motionless in a harness, restricting blood flow to the legs. The 100CTB includes integrated suspension trauma straps that allow a suspended worker to stand up in the harness and relieve pressure on the femoral arteries — buying critical time until rescue arrives. On active construction sites where rescue response times can vary, this feature is not optional — it's essential.
5 Points of Adjustability
Five independent adjustment points deliver a snug, customized fit for a wide range of body types — keeping the harness comfortable and properly positioned throughout a full shift on the tools.
Reinforced Belt with Rigid Pad
Reinforced belt and rigid waist pad provides the structural support needed to carry a tool belt without the harness falling, sagging, or shifting during active construction work — a critical feature for trades workers on the tools.
Moisture-Wicking Pads
Back, shoulder, and waist pads use moisture-wicking material for improved breathability and a more comfortable fit, reducing fatigue and heat exhaustion during extended elevated work.
Aluminum Quick-Connect Chest Buckle
Lightweight aluminum quick-connect buckle on the chest strap enables fast, easy donning and doffing with secure, reliable engagement every time.
Tongue Buckle Leg Straps
Tongue buckle closures on the leg straps provide straightforward, secure adjustment that is easy to verify during pre-use inspection.
Lanyard Keepers
Two lanyard keepers on the shoulder straps keep the lanyard secured and off the ground when not in use, helping prevent trip hazards on elevated work surfaces and platforms.
Safety Orange Stitching
Colour-contrasting safety orange stitching on black polyester webbing makes stitching inspections faster and more reliable — a clear visual reference for every pre-use check.

Pre-Use Inspection Requirements
Inspect the harness before every use. Check all webbing for cuts, abrasions, burns, chemical damage, and UV degradation. Use the safety orange stitching as your primary stitching inspection reference — any broken or pulled stitching is grounds for removal from service. Check the reinforced belt and rigid pad for damage or deformation. Verify all buckles, D-rings, and hardware for proper function. Any harness subjected to a fall must be immediately removed from service and replaced, regardless of apparent condition. Follow manufacturer inspection guidelines and applicable provincial OHS regulations at all times.
