Frontline COM345K MEGA Swivel 5k Concrete Anchor. A reusable 5k swivel concrete anchor whose D-ring rotates 360 degrees and flips 180 degrees, made from heavy-gauge heat-treated alloy steel with a reinforced bridge, D-ring and locking caps. A patent-pending key lock keeps the D-ring seated under heavy loads, and the bolt is replaceable when moving to a new work area; it suits vertical, horizontal and overhead use for fall protection, rescue, lifting, hoisting and tie-back in concrete.
