Is the Frontline STAH beam anchor CSA certified? Compliance in Canada
Is the Frontline ST12AH or ST18AH CSA certified?
No. Frontline sells it as an ANSI/OSHA-market product and does not list CSA Z259 certification. For a CSA-marked beam anchor, see our Safety Direct range.
Which model fits my beam?
Both start at 3 in wide. The ST12AH adjusts up to a 12 in flange and the ST18AH up to 18 in. Measure the flange width before you order.
What can I connect to the slider anchor?
A self-retracting lifeline or a shock-absorbing lanyard, for one worker at a time.
How often should the anchor be inspected?
Before every use, and formally by a competent person at least once a year. Remove it from service after any fall or if you find deformation, cracking or corrosion.
Pair the Frontline STAH slider anchor with an SRL or lanyard
The STAH is the anchorage. Add a full-body harness and a self-retracting lifeline or shock-absorbing lanyard for a complete personal fall arrest system.
