Inspect this harness before every use — check webbing, stitching, hardware, and the fall indicator for signs of damage, wear, chemical exposure, or post-fall deployment. If the fall indicator has been activated, remove the harness from service immediately. Ensure all tongue buckle leg straps and adjustment points are properly secured for the individual wearer. Must be used as part of a complete fall protection system in compliance with applicable provincial regulations (OHSA, WorkSafeBC, Alberta OHS, CNESST) and a site-specific fall protection plan developed by a qualified person.
